課程目標 本課程目的在
1.瞭解保育人員之心理衛生與職業倫理並加強應有的專業素養
2.培養敬業精神並澄清本身的價值觀。包括熟習心理衛生的理論與內涵,體認時代變遷與保育人員角色認知及定位,增進保育人員心理健康與幼保專業成長。強調對保育人員專業的自我認同,了解保育人員的生涯規劃與未來改變趨勢.
Objectives The purpose of this course include 1.To understand the mental hygiene and professional ethics of Child Care Workers which to enhance their mental health and quality of professions. 2.To develop their enthusiasm in their work and clarify their sense of values. This course will help students establish their correct professional ethics and attitudes in workplace.

教學內容 本課程主要幫助學生探討幼教人員專業倫理的內涵,並透過幼教人員案例的訪談,以建立正確的職業倫理觀念,增進專業成長,樂在工作。教學方式採課堂討論、分組報告、講述、影片欣賞與研討。 Syllabus By preschool education interview, the curriculum will help students to discuss the meaning of preschool education professional ethics and establishes correct ideas of career quality; it will improve their career ability as well.
My teaching style is discussing, group reporting, lecturing, film watching and sharing.
