課程目標	隨著電腦與網路系統的快速發展，如何保護儲存中及通訊中之資訊安全也成為一重要課題。本課程將介紹電腦安全的基本理論與應用，包括密碼系統之設計及分析、作業系統之安全防護、網路系統安全性探討等。	Objectives	This course will introduce the basics of number theory, symmetric key/public key cryptosystem, and the applications. The applications includes secret sharing, authentication, e-mail security, signature, blind signature, etc.
