| 課程目標 |
本課程主在培養學生專業技能與精神，提昇學生實際教學經驗與商業實務能力。透過專題及實習，印証學生所學之理論知識。
教學組的同學可以經由「見習、模擬試教、檢討」了解英語教學之教材教法內涵、運用所學之英語教學理論及教學法、精熟英語教學之教材教法及單元教學活動設計、熟悉英語教學之教材教具及教學媒體之製作及體驗英語教學之實際教學情況。
商業組的同學經由「見習、實際操作、檢討」實際應用所學之商業專業理論與技術、增進研究、創新與分工合作之能力、了解商場實際運作方式及增進學生商業實務知能及專業精神。 |
Objectives |
For students who have chosen the business track, the aim of this course is to develop their understanding of the principles and strategies involved in the effective organization and administration of commercial companies and to apply what they’ve learned in practice. ELT major Students will benefit from the course which offers students the opportunity to familiarize themselves to develop and improve practical teaching skills in real world classroom settings. |

1、 透過具體實習經驗，了解英語教學工作的內涵，感受其所需之專業知能及態度，明白自己的優勢與不足，以為自我充實之努力方向。 2、 藉由彼此分享實習所見所聞，評析英語教學現場之問題與構思解決方案。 3、 聆聽前輩經驗之談，調整個人觀念與期待，做好未來生涯準備與規劃。 |
Syllabus |
1. Through internships, students will understand the content of TESL and feel the professional knowledge and skills it needs. Therefore they can be sure about what they already having been equipped and what they still need to learn. 2. To critique and ayalize the real world of TESL education in Taiwan and construct the solutions for probelms. 3. Through listening to others' experiences, students are expected to modify their concepts and expectation for their future and parepare themselves for next steps. |
