| 課程目標 | 本課程的教學目標可分成五部份： 1.從鄉村到都市，了解都市的起源與發展，以及都市化產生的問題。 2.學習都市規劃的觀念與程序。 3.了解都市計畫的三大要素：土地使用計畫、交通運輸計畫、公共設施計畫，以及此三項計畫的理論與實務。 4.學習都市計畫法規、土地使用分區管制規則，建蔽率、容積率等概念。 5.都市計畫製圖練習，包括鄉鎮計畫與風景特定區計畫，培養學生進入業界的基礎。 6.介紹現行都市計畫內容及審議方式。 7.簡介都會區域計畫和都市更新計畫。 |
Objectives | The goal in study Urban Plan course can divide into seven section: 1.From rural area to metropolitan area, study the origin of city, development, and urbanization problem。 2.Study planning process and planning concept. 3.Study the principle and practice of urban planning element：include land use plan, communication plan and the public facility plan. 4.Study Urban plan Act, Zoning, building code etc. 5.Drawing urban plan map , include town plan and scenic area plan. 6.Introduce urban planning committee and case study. 7.Introduce metropolitan plan and urban renewal plan.. |
