| 課程目標 | 本課程介紹工程估價方法，內容包括施工數量計算、單價分析、風險估算、保險估算、利潤估算、現地調查、數量計算包括鋼筋、模板、混凝土、粉刷、磚塊、外牆裝飾、土方量等工程之計算，研習本課程之學生須於期末根據實際圖例計算數量，並做出單價分析以為驗收學習成效。 | Objectives | Introduce students to construction contracts, different types of building construction project estimates, and the role they play in the facility development process. Acquaint students with the principal methods, tools andtechniques used to develop building construction project estimates. Develop specific skills in the interpretation of construction plans and specifications, estimate planning and organization, quantity takeoffs and pricing. Provide an overview of the principal building systems and components in a building construction project from an estimating perspective. Explore the use of computers in estimating. |
