課程目標	都市財務規劃與管理的概念介紹，以個案研究方式討論土地開發與不動產投資的相關財務管理課題，並進一步以財務觀點提供專案管理以及土地估價、投資及融資決策分析。	Objectives	This course introduces the concept of urban financial planning and management. Case studies are applied to discuss the contents of land development and real estate investments. The focus of this course is financial analysis on the foundations of project management and decision making on land appraisals, investments, and mortgage.
