The intern atonal financial manager has to cope with different currencies, interest rates, and inflation rates. 藉由大量閱讀國際財金媒體，認知國際政治與金融環境之不確定性，並於跨國企業相關主題中，針對國際財務市場做深入淺出之說明。經由詳述匯率與整個經濟變數之間的關係，進而探討外匯風險的衡量與管理。並對長短期融資管理、跨國企業資本預算、資金成本及資本結構等課題做完整的剖析。最後，探討多國籍企業在財務績效及風險上，是否有其顯著之獨特性。
