| 課程目標 |
這個課程的主旨在整合開創新產品所需的市場、設計以及製造能力，同時培養學生體認到在新產品開發之中所要扮演的多重角色（例如：市場、財務、工業設計、工程技術、生產技術…等等）。這個課程在製造功能上強調四種現今的製造領域：製造程序、製造設備/管理、製造系統以及製造設計（design for manufacturing），同時讓學生接觸到整合工程技術與管理的技巧去決定製造的速率、成本、品質以及彈性，主題還包括加工物理（process physics）、設備設計和自動化控制、品質概念、製造設計、工業管理以及系統設計與操作。 |

Objectives: Enhancing awareness of the principles and procedures of practical product design and development which are popularly accepted in industries and market place, inspiring students with good foundations for meeting the requirements demanded by industries in terms of executing practical product design project for existing products and product development for niche marketing and its' business model study |
