課程目標	一.認識社會福利的本質、發展歷史、與理論基礎二.瞭解社會福利政策政策制訂的內外在環境影響因素三.瞭解政策的制訂與合法化過程之相關議題四.學習政策的規劃與執行內涵，以及分析與評估方法五.學習有效影響與推動社會福利政策政策	Objectives	1. 成績評量方式	一、課堂參與與小考(30%) 二、指定讀物書面心得20％。三、報告50％	Grading	participate in discussion in the classroom (30%),comments on assigned literature (20%), the final-report (50%)

教學內容	本課程分五大單元，前四大單元學生每週需閱讀指定文獻，並選寫3頁左右之讀書心得與評論，最後一單元--台灣的社會政策--除上課外，每位學生需選定一個主題，融合前面四個主題之內容分析台灣各項社會政策。各週主題與指定閱讀文獻如下： 9/11 課程介紹、社會福利政策導論第一篇：社會福利發展史、制度概要 9/18 西方社會福利的發展：緣起至1970年代 Pierson, C.
