課程目標 「管理心理學」重點置於如何協助管理者能有效的其負責的部門或群體進行管理,課程內容包含有:管理心理學的基本理論、個體心理與管理、個體激勵、挫折衝突、群體心理、領導心理及組織心理等,並有助於找出及降低管理過程上的障礙。學生將可以學習到如何在職場上研究、選擇及應用獨特與有效的管理策略、技巧。 Objectives This course will focus on assist in manager to manage his/her department or group. The content areas of Managerial Psychology will include individual drive, group psychology, leadership psychology and organizational psychology. Other discussion will focus on ways to identify and minimize barriers within managerial processes. The students will investigate, select, and utilize unique and effective strategies and skills of management.

教學內容 管理是一門藝術,也是管理者與被管理者心理間的探討與溝通。在管理的領域,首要面對的就是人與人間的所有問題。而『管理心理學』正是有助於一位管理者去有效進行管理的一門學科。
本課程注重管理心理實務的探討,並透過現今社會出現的管理意題,深入的就管理心理層次剖析問題。並且針對管理個案或全體做科學性的分析,分析結果結合課程中所學的激勵方式或解決方案,嘗試獲得解答。管理心理學有助於提升員工的積極性、改善組織結構和領導績效,並且提高工作生活質量,達到提高管理水平和發展生産的目的。
Syllabus Management is an art, is a psychology treat and communication between manager and staff. It’s an important problem that gets along with people in managerial field. However the class” management psychology” is concept what conduce to solve some software problems effectively.
This class focuses on the management psychology case discussion, and analyzes the real problems utilize depth psychology concept by social events. On the other hand, this class expects whole participations realize the core concept in management psychology. Then they will develop that knowledge to promote staff active, improve organization structure and leadership performance. Otherwise the management psychology will also advance work life quality to reach the final goal in organization.
