| 課程目標 |
本課程除了學習旅館營運管理專業知能外，強調著重在本校貴賓招待所實際演練（註：為不影響房客起居安寧，特安排周一上午上課），每班上限30名，並安排台中市的商務旅館及涵碧樓渡假飯店參觀活動。本課程著重「做中學」個案摸擬實務教學與學習。讓學生熟悉旅館業之客務部組織與職責、訂房作業、櫃檯作業；房務部組織與職責、房務作業；後勤支援系統、工務與安全管理，及介紹國內各大飯店其營運管理之現況，以及發展趨勢為最終目標。並且幫助學生加強對其相關行業就業市場之工作特性、職掌及生涯規劃的認識。 |
Objectives |
All hospitality services need professional communication acknowledge and skills to support the various functions in which are an integral part of their operations. In addition, this course explores reception skills, business communicaton, housekeeping service and applies it to the customers service and the hotel industry. |
