知識經濟時代的來臨，企業急需運用創新科技為手段以來提高附加價值以及競爭優勢。在競爭激烈的產業環境中，有些企業得以順利運用創新科技取得優勢，有些則否，有些成功的企業在面臨創新科技挑戰時卻容易導致失敗。本課程冀望藉由創新科技個案的探討，了解上述問題的原由，並從中找出管理意涵，進而發展出有效的管理手段。 |
