| 課程目標 | 人類對於環境的破壞開發已擴大到地球的尺度，如何利用新的技術解決是相當重要的議題。本課程將介紹台灣正大力推行的綠建築政策與相關技術，並介紹國內外優良的生態社區與建築設計案例。 | Objectives | The survival of human being has been seriously threatened by the escalating global environmental destruction of human activities. It is important to use the new technologies to solve the problems.This course will introduce the green building policy and technologies, and furthermore the excellent cases in the world and Taiwan. |

Syllabus | This course will introduce an evaluation system for Green Buildings in Taiwan(EEWH) and USA(LEED) , which emphasizes energy conservation, resource protection, low waste and low environmental impact for the life cycle of the building. This system has become a most urgent strategy for the building administration of Taiwan because the ecological environment is becoming worse and worse. Nine categories, which denote the environmental impact of buildings on resources, climate, water, soil and energy. Also introduce the green buildings technologies and cases all the world. |
