本課程從引導學生瞭解自供應鏈的採購功能, 物料管制與存貨管理, 以至成品的配銷,倉儲及通路設計. 使每位學生能清楚認知供應鏈管理的角色, 目的與權責. 並使能充分認知理論的意涵及其實務上之應用. |
Objectives |
This course takes students logically from the purchasing function at the beginning of the supply chain through material control and inventory management, to finished goods distribution, warehousing and design of distribution channels. Each student will understand the role, objectives, and responsibilities of supply chain management in modern organizations. Each student will be able to integrate theory and practical applications to increase the productivity of organizations. |
