| 課程目標 |
本課程內容著重在金融制度之講解，且以銀行金融為主。就證券金融，因其已形成一完整領域，將獨立在公司與證券法規中講授，於此不列入授課內容。 |
Objectives |
Financial Law is related to legal issues of financial trades and discussions of financial systems. The former stresses on regulations of the Civil Law and the Commercial Laws. In this course, as far as financial trades’ legal issues are concerned, only important contents, such as substantial rules of the Law of Bills and Notes, are to be expounded. Nonetheless, this course focuses on the descriptions of financial systems, primarily the banking finance; thus, regulations of the Banking Law will be the major resources of this course. |
