本科目屬於個人成長領域之課程,其主要目的在促進學生對自我之了解,激發其生命全方位之潛能;藉由人文思想如存在主義與人本心理學思想之統合為背景,進而落實到身心靈及生活各層面課題之探討,以期促進學生處理生命各層面問題之能力,激發學生面對生面選擇之自主性,並涵育其健全之人格. |
Objectives |
This subject is focused on the topics of individual growth. The promoting of self-understanding and the exerting of impotence is the aims of this currium: By way of the integration of existenalism and human psychology,it would discuss problems of body-mind-spirit and all levels of our life" We expect it would culture pupils personality and exert their autonomy. |

人文思想與生命成長是以哲學的方法研究人生的來源、目的、意義與價值,兼及人生的意義,以及人對自我、環境、他人、自然各方面的關係，廣義的目的是為追求自我的真實實現，狹義的目的則是使同學們樂於生命之成長與學習，本課程藉著錄影帶之放映
同學們的交相論辯，來討論各種不同的生命主題，亦希望同學們此一學習踐行於自我之生活中。 |
