課程目標	本課程旨在藉由對世界各地及台灣本土於不同公共領域從事小小善行義舉的NPO以及草根人物的實例研討及近身學習，激發學生對社會公共事務的關心與行動參與，促成公民社會的意識與實踐。	Objectives	Through the discussion and learning of public participative experience case inspire the students concern and participate the public affairs of society, and facilitate the consciousness and action of civil society becoming true in Taiwan.
