| 課程目標 | 我們在日常生活中，具備一些基本法律知識，如民法、刑法是有必要的。法學緒論是一門探討法律思想與法律制度的導論課程。本課程可以讓學生了解到法律的基準與效力，法律與社會的關係，法理學的意義與內容、法學的主要派別及學說、民法、刑法行政法及其訴訟法之簡介，及司法改革與司法獨立之相關問題。 | Objectives | Law and order should always be maintained in our society. Law plays an important role that is the crucial criteria to the state institute, government policy, and social development. The symbol of a democratic country is essentially “rule of law”, or “rule by law”. This course contains two topics: One is the universal concept of law, which includes the kinds of jurisprudence, the schools of jurisprudence, the theories of jurisprudence. The other includes the validity of judgment, the interpretation of law, and the independence of jurisdiction. |

| 教學內容 | 法學緒論是一門探討法律思想與法律條文的導論課程。我們在日常生活中，具備一些基本的法律知識，如民法、刑法是有必要的。 本課程可以讓學生了解到法律學說的基本概念，以及法律之制定、效力、解釋、訴訟、制裁，亦可解析到法院書狀、裁判書之案例式教學法。 | Syllabus | Introduction to Law is one discusses knowledge of legal doctrine of Jurisprudence and law theory.
