| 教學內容 |
主要內容：本課程的高階經營管理個案內容，係以國外企業之英文管理個案作為報告與討論主要內容，修習本課程之同學必須事先閱讀教師所規定之英文個案教材與理論文獻4篇以上，並於課堂上將閱讀內容報告與討論。教師於課堂上就所報告之英文個案內容分析與討論。
教學目標：1.增進對企業高階經營管理實務的認識與批判能力；2.強化對情境與問題的觀念能力；3.提昇策略思考能力、組織能力、與高階領導技能。 |
