| 課程目標 | 本課程第一部分介紹產品研發流程中從設計分析製造到測試所需整合的基本工具及方法。所介紹的軟體包括CAD/CAE等支援虛擬產品研發的主流工具。 第二部分針對數位設計、逆向工程與快速成型等技術，如何將其應用在新產品開發上做初步的介紹。透過此課程的概略說明，使學生瞭解數位整合設計的架構，以增進開發新產品的信心與能力。 第三部分主要介紹人因工程對於產品設計、評估、與測試，常用之工程技術與軟硬體設備。內容包括:1研究方法，2人機介面，3運動分析，4生物力學，5人體計測，6電腦模擬，7心理/生理負荷評估等領域，目的在使學生獲得當代人因工程與產品設計評估相關之知識。 第四部份介紹資訊工程相關系統與產品之概念與應用，以增進數位化產品設計之能力為目標。 |
Objectives | This course introduces initial competency in product design by conceiving, designing, manufacturing and testing a product component such as a structural part. Contents include CAD modeling, CAE analysis, and virtual product development process. The focus is on the design process itself as well as the complementary roles of human creativity and computational methods and tools. The purpose of this course is introduction of the digital design, reverse engineering, and rapid prototyping in creating a new product. The course is intended to provide student with the following benefits: ‧ Competence with a set of tools and methods for product digital design and development. ‧ Confidence in your own abilities to create a new product. |
