| 課程目標 | (I)授課部分：一、財務人生涯規劃及職場須知。二、最新公司法修正分析與公司如何召開股東會。三、中國大陸投資分析與相關法令介紹。四、境外公司介紹與實務操作。五、企業購併實務與企業併購法解析。六、 企業上市上櫃。七、稅務規劃及兩稅合一研究簡介。八、企業如何與銀行往來。(II) 專題報告：各組依老師選定現有上市櫃公司計算其企業價值。 | Objectives | This course includes two parts ( I ) Lecture A. | 成績評量方式 | 1.期中考30%，期末考30%，學期報告40%。 2.學期報告:閱讀「行為財務學」文獻的心得報告。評量：文獻學術性40%，心得撰寫60%。若多人選讀同一文獻，按心得撰寫優異排序，每遞減一名「文獻學術性」評分遞減10%，但最多遞減50%。 3.報告抄襲或相似，一律以零分計算。 4.報告繳交日期:6月10午夜12點前;繳交方式:電子檔email至教師指定信箱maurice@steelflex.com.tw 5.報告逾期繳交，一律以零分計算。 6.全班學期成績，教師會視該班學生平均學習態度與成果，與歷屆學生比較，適當統一調整分數。 |
Grading | 1.Midexam 30%, Final Exam 30%, Term Paper 40%. 2.Term Paper Topic: Reading one article concerning Behavioral Finance. Grading: Professional of article selected 40%; Personal reading report 60%. If some students select the same article, the grading of article's professional would be minus by 10% per rank of report's grading from high to low, but the discount would be 50% at most. 3. Any copy, plagarisum or similarity of personal reading reports would be scored zero. 4.Term paper would be saved as e files and sent through internet to teacher's designated email address(maurice@steelflex.com.tw) by mid night 12:00, June 10. 5.The overdue term paper would be scored zero. 6.The final grading of whole class would be further adjusted, according to the learning attitude and achivements of these students in comparison with those of former ones of the teacher. |
