為什麼要學習經營管理？經營管理對現代人有什麼重要性？
除非立志成為純藝術創作者，或者根本不打算進入職場，只要你未來想成為企業人，不論是走企劃、創意、製作或主持，經營管理都是現代人必備的基礎知識，也是邁向卓越的墊腳石。
管理是計畫、執行、確認、行動的組織行為，透過此理性行為的運作，讓工作更具有可行性與統整性，協助組織達到茁壯發展的目標。但是該如何進行正確且有效的經營管理？相信這是很多同學的問題，當然也是本課程的主要教學內容囉！
透過系統性的知識彙整、實務案例的講解分析，經營管理不再是難解的達文西密碼，而是可以經由後天學習的基本工作智能。
在這一學期當中，我們將以管理知識為基礎，引導同學學習策略思考的方式、組織管理的能力，以及文化行銷的基礎概念。期望透過統合性的知識養成，培育學子成為一位具有管理科學能力的媒體創意人。 |
