教學內容 為什麼要學習經營管理?經營管理對現代人有什麼重要性?

除非立志成為純藝術創作者,或者根本不打算進入職場,只要你未來想成為企業人,不論是走企劃、創意、製作或主持,經營管理都是現代人必備的基礎知識,也是邁向卓越的墊腳石。

管理是計畫、執行、確認、行動的組織行為,透過此理性行為的運作,讓工作更具有可行性與統整性,協助組織達到茁壯發展的目標。但是該如何進行正確且有效的經營管理?相信這是很多同學的問題,當然也是本課程的主要教學內容囉!

透過系統性的知識彙整、實務案例的講解分析,經營管理不再是難解的達文西密碼,而是可以經由後天學習的基本工作智能。

在這一學期當中,我們將以管理知識為基礎,引導同學學習策略思考的方式、組織管理的能力,以及文化行銷的基礎概念。期望透過統合性的知識養成,培育學子成為一位具有管理科學能力的媒體創意人。
