Objectives |
Students will know the basic techniques of traditional Chinese painting, and figure out how to make it work in modern graphic design. Thus, they have to import it into many modern graphic interfaces, such as typography, digital image, packaging, advertising, poster, web and multimedia, so as to express Chinese style in graphic design. |

教學重點:
1, 發展平面設計的風格形式及文化意涵特質
2, 透過對東方人文的解讀和感受，開發圖像創作的資源
3, 提升水墨圖像資源與技法之敏感度，並結合現代理念，發展創新的傳達風格
4, 配合本位設計課程作業，發展水墨媒材在平面設計實務之應用
內容進度大綱:
1, 水墨的抽象視覺表現。（三週）
以現代藝術與構成的概念，實驗具文化意涵的視覺設計作品
2, 水墨運用於插畫或原畫角色、及場景之實作。（四週）
以水墨媒材技法，實際進行插畫的繪製，並探索文化主題之戲劇性傳達
3, 水墨的圖文傳達設計應用。（四週） 藉由寫意抽象、或插畫水墨的質感與空間特色，並結合數位影像處理與字文編排，實際應用於各種形式的平面視覺傳達設計
4, 水墨的多媒體應用設計。（五週）
以數位互動軟體的功能，表現水墨的動態與互動效果，並實際應用於網頁、動畫等多媒體之視覺設計
※ 以上課程內容可能視教學進度狀況而斟酌修改
每單元進行中有草圖評論，結束時皆實施評圖
每週皆記錄出缺席，評圖未出席或缺席累計達五週以上者，期末不予計分 |
Syllabus |
The purpose of course is to lead students to explore the natures of different media and to figure out how to use them to present graphic works. Combining visual theories studies and graphic techniques, students are encouraged to develop their personal styles in graphic design. The other proposition of this program is to create graphic works by using Chinese water ink. Students will know the basic techniques of traditional Chinese painting, and figure out how to make it work in modern graphic design. |
