| 課程目標 | 透過元素/尺度、尺寸與人因工程，環境/材料與構造，美學與抽象思考，機能/形式與比例等主題設計之操作，鍛鍊學生基本設計之基礎認知與設計之觀念及技巧，搭配作品展及校外參觀教學等多元之教學模式，進行進入專業建築設計之銜接教育。 | Objectives | The objectives of the curriculum aims to instill university freshmen with basic commands of architectural design concepts and the awareness on the essence of space layout; a facsimile range encompasses: 1.Essential elements to two-dimensional surfaces; 2.The configuration of physical bulk and styling; 3.The characteristics of three-dimensional space; 4.The essence of space and settings; 5.Preliminary exploration on architectural design. |

| 教學內容 | 1.環境觀察與紀錄，關於基地、地景、生活人文、物質建構等。 2.基本空間尺度之量度與表達，關於人與人、人與環境，人與物件之互動與介面。 3.正確的圖樣繪製與表達語法、空間模型的製作。 4.相關學科之理論與實作印證，空間感知與美感經驗、造形與環境地景、構造與材料、建築史料與典例學習。 5.創意的追求，與作品的完整達成度。 |
