教學內容 此課程旨在使學生理解並運用統計的方法與分析技巧,以奠定後續應用統計課程之基礎。課程之重點在於延續工程統計(一)之基礎數理訓練,強化學生使用推論統計分析工程與管理實務問題之能力。主要授課主題包括抽樣與抽樣分布、點/區間估計、以及假設檢定。本課程透過密集且循序漸進之測驗來加強學生之基礎統計能力,以因應日後修習進階統計應用課程之需求。 Syllabus The purpose of this course is to enable students with the capability of applying statistical methods in real-world problems. It also is one of the fundamental courses, along with Engineering Statistics I (IE2006), for advanced statistical training of IE students. Major topics focus on principles and practices of fundamental statistics which include sampling and sample distribution, point and interval estimation, hypothesis testing, and introduction to ANOVA and regression analysis.
