透過團體行為理論之說明及各項實務操作，引領學生探討目標設定、時間管理、人際關係、溝通技巧、團隊動力、潛能激發、創意思考與活動企劃等團體運作所需具備之能力與技巧，營造成功團隊之動能。 |
Objectives |
The major contents of the elective course is to introduce students to an understanding of
theories and practices of group dynamics. The topic covered include the following:
objective specification; time management; interpersonal relationships; communication skills;
group dynamics; potential inspiration; creative thinking and activities planning.
The objective of this course is to equip the students with the capabilities and skills
needed for effective group dynamics. |
