信託業務乃財產所有人，將財產委託受託人，為受益人利益加以管理之謂。本課程包括信託法、信託業法及信託實務，教學方法除講課外，還有分組討論，俾同學能了解信託業務，順利考取證照，將來從事信託業務亦能得心應手。 |
Objectives |
The trust business, in short, means that a property owner entrusts what he/she possesses to a trustee who administers it for the beneficiary's interest. This curriculum covers law of trust, law of trust business, trust practice, and mathematical methods. Other than the given lectures, there are group discussions so that the students may fully understand the trust business to secure smoothly the licences by passing tests for future undertakings with success in trust business. |
