| 課程目標 |
本課程期望讓學生了解台灣甚至世界在科技方面的發展情形，以訓練並滿足學生未來可以管理一個科技單位之需求。為達此目的，本課程將提供研究發展策略成型的過程、新技術形成的關鍵策略以及附加價值分析的方法等知識。 |
Objectives |
To make our students be familiar with the science & technology research and development across Taiwan as well as other parts of the world. By accommodating the needs of our students, the course provides the research and assessment of sci-tech policy, critical development and strategy planning of emerging technology, and value-added analyses. And then, our students may have the capability to handle a sci-tech team. |
