| 教學內容 |
對憲法的忠誠是國家理性最高的表現，是文明的表徵。凡我國民均應研習之。又基本權是現代憲法的核心，對基本權的瞭解是現代國民的權利，也是促使國家提升水準的不二法門。而注重人民基本權利的國家，才可能是一個民主的國家。因此本課教學內容，除了對中華民國憲法本文作與當前政治現況的參照說明外，特別著重在基本權理論的介紹與意義的闡釋，並佐以司法院大法官之解釋，期使讀者清楚理解基本權精義之所在。 |
