| 課程目標 | 本課程目標在使學生了解幼稚教育從業人員所需具備的專業智能，包括課程設計、教學、課室管理、親職教育、人際關係等方面的能力，以增強學生專業能力，及對未來工作職場的瞭解。 | Objectives | The purpose of this course is to help students develop their professional competence in curriculum design, instruction, classroom management, parent education, and interpersonal relationship. Also, the familiarity with workplaces and correct work ethics are fostered in this course. |

| 教學內容 | 本課程統整幼稚教育從業人員所需具備的專業智能，包括課程設計、教學、課室管理、親職教育、人際關係等方面的能力，並利用專題演講、專案研究、與實際到幼稚園參觀並見習的方式，建立學生的專業能力，與對未來工作職場的瞭解。 | Syllabus | The purpose of this course is to help students to develop familiarity with workplaces and to foster correct work ethics before became a student teacher. Therefore, through visiting kindergartens, students could have opportunities to experience different philosophical approach of education methods, so that each of them could have a chance to examine whether she or he is ready for such workplace. Besides, the opportunity of student- teaching could let students to utilize theories that they learned from classroom into the real life of the workplace. |
