課程目標 本課程旨在介紹托育服務領域所涵蓋基本知識,內容涵蓋家庭功能變遷及0-12歲的各種托育議題。具體內容包括:家庭功能與托育需求的變遷、兒童照顧分工模式、托育服務的發展、托育服務的特質、托育服務的品質、家庭政策與托育政策,跨國性的家庭與托育政策比較等。另外,本課程亦包含托育政策及法規的沿革及趨勢,及各國幼托政策之比較,期能使學生對托育服務有一系統性的認識,並培養學生探討托育服務議題的能力。 Objectives The course is aimed to introduce the basic knowledge and theories of child care service, including issues of the changes of family function and child care services for children aged from 0-12. To be specific, the content includes issues of the changes of family function and child care needs, models of sharing child care responsibilities, the development of childcare services, the characteristics of child care services, family policy and child care policy, international comparison of family and child care services. In addition, this course includes development and trends of child care policy and laws, and international comparison of child care policies. Students are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of child care services and acquire abilities to discuss child care issues.

To be specific, it contents issues of the changing function of families, the changing needs of childcare services, the changing styles of parenting, the development of childcare services, the uniqueness of childcare services, family policy and childcare policy, national comparison of family and childcare services.
