課程目標 本課程旨係讓學生了解學術上及實務上有關國際物流的系統與規劃管理， 內容包含：國際物流系統的觀念與管理， 物流系統之分析與規劃， 不同運送業及運送模式之績效評估，國際物流系統之規劃與國際貿易個案。 Objectives This course is designed for students to understand about international logistics and the international logistics system. It consists of the followings: 1. Concept and management of international logistics system; 2.lLogistics analysis and system planning; 3. Evaluate the performance of different carriers and modes; 4. Study cases of international trade versus international logistics planning.

教學內容 此課程以供應鏈管理理論、國際貿易流程以及行銷通路管理的角度來介紹國際物流。課程重點在於國際物流系統的競爭策略與管理、國際貿易流程實務、國際物流的功能與中間商、國際貿易之銷售條件與付款條件、國際物流系統之分析與規劃、不同運送業及運送模式之績效評估、國際貿易文件與保險、國際外包夥伴及供應鏈管理。透過一系列的作業演練來增進學生對國際物流操作及分析的技巧，並以專題報告的方式來提昇學生的國際化運作之溝通能力。 Syllabus This course is designed for students to understand the related theories and practical issues about international logistics and the international logistics system. It consists of the followings:the current issues of international logistics; the Logistics strategies of main countries;the processes of international trade practice; the international logistics functions and intermediaries; terms of sale, terms of payment and documentation; the ocean ships and shipping; the service performance of different carriers and modes; issues of international sourcing and supply chain management; Study cases of international trade versus international logistics planning.
