課程目標	本科目的目標是使學生了解動植物體內的各種有機化學反應如何進行，且這類的化學反應會產生哪些相關的生物化學產物。透過本課程的進行，學生將學得胺基酸的化學性質、蛋白質的合成與化學性質、酵素的作用原理、各種碳水化合物的反應、核酸的合成與化學性質、各種化學反應的機轉與生物組織的關係等。	Objectives	By taking this course, the students will understand the principal methods of syntheses of peptides, nucleic acids, carbohydrates and their applications. This course will also introduce students to the functional aspects of the bioorganic chemicals and various enzymes.
