| 課程目標 | 本科目的目標為讓學生瞭解二維電泳、高靈敏度生物質譜儀、生物資訊學…等，如何快速檢視特定組織中成千上萬種蛋白質表現的狀況。透過本課程的進行，學生將學會設計與分析試驗，並瞭解其中之意義與作用機轉。本課程將教導學生蛋白質體學之研究工具及其應用。 | Objectives | By taking this course, the student will understand proteomics research tools such as 2D electrophoresis, high sensitivity mass spectrometry, and bioinformatics .This enables them to design new experiments, analyze the data and understand the biochemical mechanism. This course aimed at teaching student proteomics research tools and related applications. |
