課程目標 | 本課程藉由理論與實務案例之介紹使學生瞭解資訊系統在企業流程、管理決策及策略規劃中所扮演的角色,以及如何使用資訊系統解決企業問題。內容包含資訊系統管理基本概念、資訊科技的內容、系統開發與管理技術、資訊系統的企業應用(包含交易處理系統、決策支援系統、策略資訊系統、電子化企業等)、及資訊系統管理之未來挑戰等議題之探討。 | Objectives | This course will cover the basic concept of information management. The students will understand the concepts of business process and how information technology (IT) can be applied in the business process. Selected introductory topics include the foundation concepts of management information systems, the content of information technology, information system planning and development, business applications (ex. transaction processing system, decision support systems (DSS), strategic information system (SIS), electronic business systems, and management challenges. |

教學內容 | 本課程將從組織結構與資訊科技的管理與應用探討資訊科技在組織中所扮演的角色。內容包含了新經濟時代組織所面臨的壓力與衍生的變革,以及如何利用資訊科技為組織創造競爭優勢,例如資訊系統的概念與演進、資訊系統的規劃與發展、以及其他相關應用的探討。以提供一個整體性的資訊管理架構與知識予學習者。 | Syllabus | The objective of this course is to provide an integral information management framework to student. The contents include the pressure confronted by organizations in the new-economy era, and how to use IT to create competitive advantages. For examples: the concepts of IS and their evolutions, the IS development process planning, and other related applications of IS. |
