Grading: Final grades will consist of the weekly quizzes and the final. These will summed to produce a percentage, which will be adjusted for attendance and participation.
Requirements: Class attendence is mandatory. If you do not come to class, you may fail. Participation counts toward your final grade; the more you participate, the higher your grade. |

Syllabus |
This course offers the core knowledge of Economics and paves the way to advanced Economics.
Course objectives : students will be able to
*understand basic economic concepts such as supply, demand, elasticity, markets, efficiency, monopoly, world trade
Second semester schedule
Week 1-4 GDP
Week 5-9 Money and the Banking System
Week 10-18 World trade
Course Structure: Each week there will be a lecture followed by a short quiz or test. There will be no midterm. There will be a final. |
