| 課程目標 | 本課程的目標，在培養學生對土地使用計畫之基本認知，了解土地利用相關法規，進而對土地資源開發與使用相關理論與實務加以探討，以作為日後研習都市規劃設計及房地產經營管理學程之基礎。 | Objectives | The goal of this class is to have students the basic knowledge of the land planning and the related land laws. And then we’ll further discuss both theoretical and practical aspects regarding the development and usage of land resources, in order to prepare students with the basis for further studying in the curriculum of urban planning or real estate management. |
