本課程介紹環境、生態、能源、土地使用之間的關係，以及永續發展、新世代的環境保護政策、環境影響評估、環境規劃與管理等相關概念與技術。其次, 則以日本、北歐、荷蘭等先進國家相關案例探討環境生態產業的發展、歷史污染事件的處理、環境生態保護及追求永續發展的機制 。 |
