| 課程目標 |
近年來鄉村地區已逐漸成為重要的觀光的目的地。鄉村旅遊或鄉村觀光在鄉村發展上也佔有重要地位，本課程主旨在介紹鄉村旅遊的特質與發展原則，並就社區發展觀光的角度，探討社區應具有的條件與準備方向及社區組織的重要性等，讓修課同學熟悉鄉村休閒產業市場，並鼓勵同學們未來可朝向鄉村旅遊發展。 |
Objectives |
Recently, rural area has become an important tourism destination. Rural travel or rural tourism plays an important role on rural development. The purpose of this course is to introduce the characteristics and development rule of rural tourism, and from the community development aspect to discuss the condition and resources of the community which want to develop tourism. And encourage students to familiar with the tourism industry and involve the management of rural tourism. |

隨著時代變遷，台灣傳統的一級產業(農林漁牧)亦遭受極大的衝擊，這些產業的所在地也是所謂的鄉村地區，近年來鄉村旅遊成為全球性普遍熱潮，加上政府相關政策的推行，台灣的鄉村也趕搭這一股旅遊休閒列車，紛紛發展鄉村旅遊。其中最耳熟能詳的是政府所推行的休閒農業，其涵義及範圍包括觀賞、參與、體驗的旅遊型態，實已超過由農業衍生出來的休閒農業範疇。本課程旨在介紹鄉村旅遊及休閒農業之基本觀念，並由鄉村旅遊與休閒社區發展之趨勢，提供服務及規劃方法及策略，增進同學們對鄉村休閒領域的了解。

The purpose is to introduce the basic concept of rural tourism and leisure agriculture,and from the development trend of rural tourism and community-based leisure and tourism to provide service and planning method and strategies for the students to understand the rural tourism.
