| 課程目標 | 本課程設計主要依據教育部國際創新創業發展協會推動之「國際創新創業學程計畫」進行課程內容之設計。 課程架構分成三個部份： 一、創業家精神簡介。此部份將說明創業家精神定義、創業家型態與特質。 二、創新事業機會來源。此部份將介紹七種創新事業機會來源，包括：意料外的事件、不一致的情況、程序需要、產業與市場結構、人口統計資料、認知的改變與新知識。 三、創新事業計畫。此部份將介紹如何從創新事業之機會、市場、團隊等不同角度切入理解事業計畫書如何撰寫。 本課程配合「教育部重點領域全球雙向專」業實習」先導型方案總計畫之方向，主要在培養學生對創業過程與管理內涵的認識，並且指導學生投入創業規畫，激勵同學的創新與創業精神，以提供未來在生涯規劃上，除了就業職場外，更有多元化的選擇思維。 |
Objectives | 1. To develop an understanding of the new venture creation issues of, and methods for business start up as strategic resource planning and innovation of the firm. 2. To recognize the potential market opportunities, exploit and utilize resource and human capital to earn entrepreneurial rents. 3. To inspire students’ willingness of starting new venturing and provide another choice while they graduate. |
