| 課程目標 | 1.認知實質環境之空間層級與課題層面。 2.了解開放式建築(Open Building )之意義與帶給營建業的新觀念、新方法、新技術等。 3.應用形象分析與模矩變化觀念分析空間形式。 4.利用開放式營建的理論方法及技術，嘗試操作房間、房屋、街廓、或社區某一層級之規劃設計，完成具理論基礎之實務設計。 5.成果投稿或參與學術研討會議。 |
Objectives | 1.To cognize the space level and relative issues of the environment. 2.To understand the theory, technology and method of open building. 3.To analyse the space pattern by means of the module modification. 4.To apply the theory of open building for different scales of the design projects for achieving the design practice. 5.To publish the result in conferences. |

| 教學內容 | 開放式建築(Open Building )是指以開放式營建的理論方法及技術所設計、營造及管理的居住環境。營建的環境尺度可以從房間、房屋、到街廓、社區，甚至都市。 這種環境的特色是能容納多樣性，有變化的彈性，使用者可以持續地參與塑造自己的空間，又鼓勵一種群體可以分享的規範。開放式營建深入瞭解了投資人、使用人、設計者與營造者之間糾結杆格的通病，而提出了結構與填充層級獨立的觀念，發展了新的設計方法與營建技術，帶動了建築材料的整合與開發，引導了友善的房屋工業發展方向。 |
Syllabus | Open Building approach treats the building as a well organized combination of available sub-systems. To use these sub-systems in the most efficient manner open building advocates everything that encourages the better development and coordination of sub-systems such as: performance specifications for sub-systems, rules for modular coordination in design, methods of systematic design of buildings including CAD programs that support systematization. It gives emphasis on logistics, organization, and prefabrication. |
