本課程將藉由企業問題與案例的分析,一方面輔助同學研究企業運作方式,一方面使其了解如何對企業問題進行詳細的分析與診斷,以進一步針對問題與環境變化提出對策 |
Objectives |
This course is designed to utilize numerous subjects and cases to assist the students in evaluationg the business operations, and teach them realize how to undertake a comprehensive analysis and diagnosis of a firm's problems and derive strategies to resolve problems and repond to the environmental changes. |

本課程係經由企業實務研究的角度及綜合管理個案研討，其中包含一堂創業構想競賽，以及每週開始約20-30分鐘的「企業實務經驗開講」，教導學員進一步瞭解二十一世紀企業實務上的經營與運作意涵，期能讓全體學員靈活運用及掌握企業相關營運概念，並配合所屬單位或公司的經營策略及內外部環境，採用直接或間接的方式，協助其達到提昇組織整體目標，以強化組織和個人的優勢及競爭力。 |
