| 教學內容 | 從現代的企業管理角度看，作業流程對企業的能力十分重要。 所以本課程的重點在於探討企業流程上的改造對企業改革的影響。由於近年來企業普遍地使用資訊科技及實施電子商業，我們有必要從一個新的角度暸解企業流程再造工程及其對企業的影響。所以, 本課程將探討下列的題目: 1. 企業流程再造工程的理論和方法; 2. 電子商業的策略和影響; 3. 資訊科技和電子商業環境中的企業流程; 4. 企業流程再造工程，尤其在電子商業環境中的重要議題; 5. 在電子商業環境中企業流程再造工程的原則和方法; 6. 企業流程的分析和再造; 及 7. 流程再造對企業的影響。 |
Syllabus | This course focuses on the organizational improvement or transformation resulting from process changes in recognition of the importance of processes to a modern business. With the ubiquitous use of information technology and e-business platforms, it is also necessary to examine the practice, and impacts of business process re-engineering from a new perspective. Consequently, this course will cover the following topics: 1. concepts and approaches of business process re-engineering; 2. strategies, practice, and impacts of e-business; 3. IT and e-business processes; 4. key issues around BPR, especially in an e-business environment; 5. principles and tactics of BPR in an e-business environment; 6. analysis and redesign of enterprise processes; and 7. impacts of process redesign on organizations |
