本課程在介紹組織行為相關之重要課題，包括個體行為與決策、團體行為與工作團隊、 組織與工作設計等；透過研究論文與應用案例之研討，使學生瞭解組織行為之理論並具備實務專題應用研究之能力。 |
Objectives |
The objective of this course is to introduce the important topics in organizational behavior including: individual behavior and decision-making, group behavior and team-work, as well as the design for organization and jobs. Through the participation in paper discussion and case studies, the students will be able to understand the theory of organizational behavior and to apply the practical research for real-world cases. |
