1. 本課程能讓本校碩士生在宏觀視野的基礎上，以充份的事前準備與周密的海外研習行程，學習海外金融市場架構與實務運作情形，了解海外金融市場最新發展，體現讀千卷書行萬里路，取得百聞不如一見的實效
2. 讓學生具備團隊合作能力、溝通能力
3. 藉由參與出國研習的事前準備，海外見聞的研討心得撰寫，落實學習心態
4. 建立器識恢宏的人生觀與國際觀，為將來的職涯發展，紮下厚實的基礎 |
Objectives |
1. On the foundation of broad vision, graduate students can have prior preparation and comprehensive overseas study tours to learn overseas financial market structure and actual operation and understand the latest development to experience the effect of seeing is believing.
2. Enabling students to have teamwork and communication ability.
3. Prior preparation and composition of reports after overseas study tours help students strengthen learning attitudes.
4. Establishing grand broad visioon in life and the world to build fim foundation of future career development. |
| 教材 |
本課程採行動學習模式。
1.學期中，以聽專題演講、參與研討、收集資料、製做專題報告為主。
2.海外研習，以參訪中國北京銀行機構、保險機構及台商機構，並參與中國大學之校內研討座談為原則。(海外研習團費為另付) |
Teaching Materials |
Activities include data collection, discussion, meeting and oversea field study. |
| 成績評量方式 |
1. 學期中學習表現占60%。其中，定期研討學習(30%)、專題報告(30%)為原則。但學期中無故不到課或遲到早退嚴重者，本項成績將比例調整。
2. 海外學習表現占40%。以事前參與規劃、期中表現及事後繳交研習報告為評分基準。未全程參與本項活動者，不計分。 |
