本課程主要目標：強化高階管理者的經營管理實務知識與關鍵決策思考能力 2.增強學員對於企業經營問題的決策思考觀念與技術， 培養高階管理者所必須的策略思考、組織、及策略領導技能 |
Objectives |
The course aims to 1. increase the knowledge of the practice of senior management and the ability of critical thinking, 2. enhance the skills of conceputalizing contexts and problems, and 3. foster the abilities of strategic thinking, organizing, and strategic leadership. |
| 教材 |
1.講義：教師演講分析方法及參與討論；
2.邀請業界專家專題演講或觀賞影片，事後學員分組討論並提出書面心得報告；
3.學員分組閱讀「經營管理實務書籍」，然後針對其中的企管實例，輪流在課堂上做口頭報告與主持討論，最後分組提出書面分析報告。 |
