一、第一階段：人才培訓
授課方式：邀請社會工作各領域專長教師藉由專題講演與問題討論的方式，讓學生熟悉我國社工諸領域的發展、問題現況與未來趨勢。
二、第二階段：國際交流
授課方式：為培養具國際觀之學生，在給予相關專業課程之訓練後前往海外進行八天之研習參訪，期許學生蓬勃的競爭力，激勵本系學生學習動力。
三、第三階段：成果發表會
授課方式：學生需繳交參訪報告，並協助4月中舉行之相關研討會，協助完成成果報告書等。 |
