| 教學內容 |
一、課程介紹：
社會工作督導（supervision）在助人專業訓練過程中具有非常重要之地位，被視為社會工作教育與實務工作中相互連結的基礎；使社會工作專業理論、技巧與實務經驗，得以有效之轉換。督導工作之目的為，一方面維持助人專業的服務品質；另一方面在幫助助人工作者獲得專業成長，而成為有效能的助人專家。
督導之功能一般而言包括教育、行政與支持等，另加上仲裁與管理二功能；督導者涵括行政管理與專業督導二種角色，在職權上二者似乎是互相背離的；當二種角色落在同一職務上時，督導者內心的衝突與受督導者地位的不平等狀態便明顯產生。
因此針對初學者要如何瞭解取捨工作角色、及如何界定與受督導者之間的關係更為艱難。本課程以介紹不同督導型態之帶領技巧與相關理論，並經由實務演練，協助同學自我體察。
二、授課目標：
1.瞭解主要督導類型的意涵與理論。
2.認識不同的督導方式與技巧。
3.探討個人督導經驗之影響。 |
