本課程，首先將回顧與檢視少年犯罪現況、犯罪原因與犯罪學理論及處遇主要模式；
其次，介紹少年觀護制度理論基礎與實務面向及少年觸法行為司法處理流程與處遇方式
；最後，說明少年犯罪預防與矯治的挑戰與未來發展趨勢。透過本課程的講授，希望培
養社會工作系同學對於投入矯治社會工作領域的認識與興趣。 |
Objectives |
he contents of this course include the introduction of the Law Governing
the Disposition of Juvenile Cases, treatment and process of juvenile
delinquents, and the concept of punishment and rehabilitation in treating
juvenile cases. The role of social worker working in the Juvenile court is
emphasized. |

content and so on execution, and concurrently and youth view protects
the work and crime correcting place meets. |
