這是一門「實際動手做」的電影美術設計課程，除了課堂中講授電影美術與實務，還將不定時延請業界電影、廣告製作的資深美術到校指導，並將配合業界參觀活動，讓學生認識電影美術設計的專業分工，進而有實際執行的能力。
修習本課的學生必須共同完成一支著重美術視覺設計的短片 |
Objectives |
This is a“hands-on”art directing class for film. We will spend much of our time in this class either listening to professional art directors in the filmmaking field, or visiting actual sets where art directors are at work.
At the end of the semester, students will cooperate to produce a short film displaying their advanced understanding of art direction concepts and techniques. |

這是一門進階的實務創作課程，學生必須透過特殊甄選方有修課資格，甄選方式將另行公佈。課程內容包括電影美術概論、電影場景空間設計、特殊道具製作、人物造型及服裝圖騰設計、特效化妝、材料仿造...等。學生在製作一支影片的過程同時實踐電影美術的創意發想與執行能力。
前置時期將共同投入美術場景、道具及造型...等的設計與製作，拍攝期與後製期再以專業分工的方式共同合作完成影片。 |
Syllabus |
This is an advanced production class in which the students are specially-selected. The class will introduce film art direction, set design, prop-making, costume design, makeup, and textures and materials. Students must create a short film which shows evidence of art directing skills learned in the class. |
